Translation:

Help me, O Living God, to subdue
The evil inclination that tempts and misguides.
Without You, there is no savior
To rescue me.

O Living One, open for me the gates of repentance,
For I have turned away from my sin and my transgression.
Please, my Rock, hear my voice, answer me swiftly!
I will confess my misdeeds,
And You shall lift my iniquity.

The secret of Your outstretched hand
Is to accept the soul that regrets its wrongs,
So it will no longer sin before You, my Creator.
Please, distance from it
The company of the Northern One (the evil force).
